I was able to get the Meeting Room cost down to $100.00 + tax per day, however,
I had to increase the Lodging room costs by $5 each night to get this approved.
So now the rates are $89.95 + tax (Monday 8/05 - Thursday 8/08) and $99.95 + tax
(Friday 8/09 & Saturday 8/10).
Also, I will need a Credit or Debit card to place on file to Guarantee the
Meeting room space. I have attached a Form for this (or) you are welcome to call
me with that information if you prefer.

Hello Tamara, I just read your email this evening. I don't see a problem. We
were prepared to pay $890 for the tournament conference room for the week of 8/5
through 8/9/2024. I have attached a contract dated 3/11/2024. If you want to
change the contract I don't see a lot of difference. You now propose to reduce
tournament conference room from $150 to $100 but up player room rates $5 per night.
This depends on how many room we rent this coming week, but here is the way I
see the change:

Players' Room Rate:
$89.95 / 107 M-T, Friday 99.95/119 = $547
new rate
$84.95 /101 M-T, Friday 94.95/113 = $517
Conference Playing Rate:
$150 x 5 = $750 + tax 18.75% = $890.63
$100 x 5 = $500 + tax 18.75% = $593.75
new rate
Conference room $100x5 = $500/594 By increasing players room rate $30 is approximately $2,250 more for players
(assuming we rent 75 rooms), but ACF
saves $296 You already have my credit card on record from the previous contract,
if this is not sufficient, I will call you 8/3/2024, Saturday morning at 9:00 AM
to make sure we have the contract confirmed with a suitable credit card.
